Connect with Project Speakers and their Teams.

Connecting Industry Online Events allows delegates to connect with presenting project speakers and their teams either by way of live streamed video phoning, messaging a request for details,  asking for a private face to face meeting by taking a seat in our dedicated VIP rooms, exhibition booths, and/or networking tables. Presenting project speakers also make themselves available for live face to face one on one or group discussions during designated networking times throughout our events.

Meet our Delegates

To access delegate lists via Connecting Industry Online Events, simply view attendee lists  in the reception and/or via each session, live streamed video phoning,  or messaging request to connect with any attendee.  You can have private face to face meetings, send your business card or you can continue discussions via the phone or messaging function found on participating delegate profiles.

Networking

Tables are available for all attendees to network, connect and engage with all attending delegates via live video face to face meetings.  You can simply video phone an attendee live for a face-to-face meeting or invite them onto a networking table where you can choose to have the discussions in private or public either one on one or with up to four or more attendees at the same time. Designated networking times are allocated before, during, and after our events.

Interactive Sessions

Connecting Industry Online Events enables and encourages delegates to participate in interactive live sessions. Throughout our events, interactive sessions invite your participation where delegates can either go live on stage and/or submit questions to our MC to ask presenters in these interactive sessions.  Delegates can also submit their votes via live polling on key issues with poll results instantly available for discussion.

Live Session Recordings and Presentations

Each Connecting Industry Online Event session are recorded live and available for all attendees.  If there is a session you missed simply go to the session and click on the recording.  PDF presentations from project speakers are available via the ‘Handout Bag’ for each session by simply downloading each presentation.  Video recordings of each project session and PDF presentations are made available to all registered attendees after each event.

Exhibition Space

Project speakers, event sponsors, and exhibitors have the opportunity to exhibit and/or connect and engage with all attendees via our Events Booths.  Attendees simply enter a desired Booth and have private live video streamed face to face meetings as well as download capability statements, brochures, and/or access websites for more details.

Reception

At all times during Connecting Industry Online Events our receptionist is always available to help you with any issues you may have.  Just go to our ‘Help Desk’ in the front reception to get in contact either by messaging or via live face to face video streaming.
